Refund and Returns Policy

At Matthew Boost Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our touchless bathroom faucets. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been installed or used.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

  • Clearance or final sale items.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@matthewboost.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for exchange requests.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please email us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellation requests will be treated as a return.
